UA SBRP Student Kylee Eblin Receives Society of Toxicology’s Women in Toxicology Student Achievement Award

UA SBRP pharmacology and toxicology doctoral student, Kylee Eblin (advisor, A. Jay Gandolfi), received the Society of Toxicology’s Women in Toxicology Student Achievement Award on March 19th, 2008 at the SOT Annual Meeting in Seattle, WA.

Kylee was selected based upon her academic achievement in the field of toxicology as well as her leadership and service in the field. Currently, Kylee’s research focuses on how low-level arsenic exposure damages bladder cells, which may lead to the development of cancer. She was one of three students, out of 30 applicants nationwide, selected for this year’s award.
